which ami flash rom should I use

ok gonna use the overclockers flash rom but which one should I use I have lan but the fast write stuff is greek to me how do I know if I have that and if it's the correct one for me? running a ECS k7s5a V 1.4 and putting in a xp2400+ but running an old bios flash and from what I have read gonna have to flash it to use the new cpu, got the boot disc made for XP and the flash utility just need to know which rom to use for my board. Thanks for any input...

what kind of video card do you have?
fastwrites will improve the speed of your video card, but if your card dosent support it then it wont work, if you arent 1000% sure your card can support it then dont install it, it's not that much of a boost.
