haha.. thats pretty cool. i think smth like this has happened to one of my friends 12v fans.. at 12v it runs as fast as his other fan at 7v :| i think its because he blocked the intake once for about 15 sec and it musta damaged something..

I especially like the finger-poking of the blades when the Voltmeter is reading 40. Almost chipped my teeth cringing so hard!
Surely some of us have had our fingers sliced by a 12V fan... but 40!: "get me a doctor!"
