AMD Palomino 2000+

I have a late model Palomino 2000+ with stock cooling on a GIGABYTE GA-7VAXP Ultra. I am looking for some volt ratings, FSB, and multi settings that people have effectively used with this chip and/or mobo. Thanks! First time OCing since my 1400+ started being poo about two years ago and I don't want to fry this one. Thanks again!

Multi is locked at 12.5, for FSB probably the best you will get with stock cooling is around 143/144 - vcore at 1.85 if your board allows adjustment and temps remain below 50 - 55C at load.

First thing, I would get some better cooling. Overclocking on the stock heatsink is asking for trouble.
