What's wrong with this PSU??!?!?

What's wrong with a Powmax/Leadmad PSU.. I got a black 400w Powmax from Ebay and the +3.3 and +5.0 =max 242..Do they burn up pretty quick or what?!?!?!?I haven't put it in a system yet, but if its junk, I'll go ahead a gt another PSU.

242 watts?

My 500W Powmax only took two weeks to smoke. It's 12v was at 12.8v & 5v was at 5.4v (this was fixed with a resistor). Haven't had a problem once I started going with decent PSU brands.
