How can I remove the floppy power connector so that I can sleeve the wires?

If you look on top of the connector, you'll see 4 little slots. These are for the barb on the individual connectors to expand into. What you have to do is push down on the barb (with a very small screwdriver, or something small enough to fit into the slot) to get it to clear the lip of slot. While keeping pressure on it you should be able to slide the connector out. If you don't quite understand what I'm talking about, let me know and I'll try and draw a diagram.
