ram at 133mhz with 3,3,3,6 or try for 100mhz at 2,2,2,5?

my ram is currently at 133mhz with the timeings 3,3,3,6

i know i cant to 133mhz at 2,2,2,5


do u think it would be worth going for 100mhz at 2,2,2,5?
or some other configuration?
or just leave it

personally no, I dont rate timings over MHz, but you could try yourself by just running a few memory through put benchmarks at the two different settings

my ram is running at 2-2-2-7 @333 mhz is this a fast setting as im not sure and u guys seem to know ur stuff
