I consitently get memtest errors for the same address. I've tried changing my ram frequency and FSB and upped the voltage a little and I still get the error. It fails test 3 and 4 repeatedly at the address 000063c2d0c and shows:
good: fdfdfdfd
Bad: fd7dfdfd
All my programs seem to run fine though. I'm wondering if my ram is bad. Should I test each stick individually by removing each one to see if I have a bad stick?

That's a good idea. If you get one stick that passes completely, try it in every slot to make sure it's not your motherboard.
