If i get a temporary 9600 Pro graphics card, and then i upgrade to a new card, do i need to format the hd or install new drivers? Or are the drivers universal?

EDIT: oh and who should i buy it from? BBA or what?

you should remove the old drivers, install the new card with the standard windows vga drivers, then install the new drivers...of course, a format every now and then wouldnt hurt either...

is connect 3d a good choice? the only saphire newegg has is oem, and i would prefer a retail boxed card... does anyone know what ram connect 3d uses?

EDIT its clocked at 600 RAM and 400 core, thats good right?

600 or... 300 because its DDR. Thats about the lowest ive seen. That ram bust be 3.3.

I know some have 2.8. And i havent heard to much about Connect3d. My advice stick with Sapph or ATI even if it isnt retail.
