People have posted and told me to check on Tomshardware and on OC's front page, and both places I have been through and can't find anything to help me overclock this puppy. Can somebody please help. Am I not looking hard enough or what? I just need instructions on how to make my 1.2 Ghz T-bird overclockable on my Iwill KA266-R mobo (mobo I haven't received yet, but I want my CPU ready to rock once I get my mobo. I'm sorta new to this. Do I just unlock the CPU and do the rest on the mobo or do I need to do pencil "stepping until I find the highest it can go (stable) and then use a condutive pen? Can some experianced overclocker please help a newbie overclocker get started. Thanks.

Look in "Reviews" and "Tips an tricks" Joe and Ed have covered this board pretty well., keep checking back here for advice from folks who also have this board. Good Luck":O}

Gutspiller, Don't waste your time. Wait until you get the best MOBO in the universe . After you do check out this FAQ on the mobo. It will help you set things up correctly.

Thats for the KK266, Does that make a difference? For CPU I mean? For other stuff, im sure it does because the mobo im getting (KA266-R) has DDR not SDRAM like the KK.
