Retro Engineering MSBlaster

I heard on TSS last night that someone had actualyl Retro Engineered the MSBlaster virus.


Its still a worm that travels through the internet attacking computers, however its purpose is just! It attacks your system, and if you have the MSBlaster it destroys the virus, then downloads the patch from Windows update so you won't get the virus again.


Pretty neat eh? Be wicked if there was a world wide anti-virus thing where, whenever virus's were discovered, they were Revsere Engineered to go back out and attack the malicious version.

Blaster Fix Virus strange thing is that a few anti-virus companys have a warning about this ? (perhaps its because they could go bust if people do this)
