I always ran at 66/33. Now I'm hearing higher is better on the 800fsb+ setups. Is this true or better yet safe?

I have mine on auto aka locked 67/33. There is some room to play with it though. I'd say you could safely test out frequencies up to 38Mhz PCI to see whether it helps you.
Back in the day I ran a 133Mhz 1/4PCI divider at 166... 41.5Mhz. That was tough though, so you'd better keep it lower or face possible disk corruption.

I have my 180GXP hooked upto SATA using the Asus SATA dongle, and since SATA will crap out on ICH5R when setting anything above 33Mhz PCI I can't use anything else...

OK...someone set the record straight here.
Is it 33/66 or 66/33...read back a few replies and you'll see what I mean.
Everyone is meaning the same thing.
66/33 = agp/pci
The bios has them paired.
