Dtek White Water - $70
Hydor L30 pump - $50

$100 - $200 isn't cheap for a watercooling system, that's standard to high priced. I spent $74 total on my setup which is one of the cheapest I have seen so you can get close to top of the line for $200.
What all are you wanting to cool? That really affects the price as the WB's are one of the higher priced pieces you have to buy. I found my waterblock on ebay for a grand total of $16 shipped. It is the original Danger Den Maze 1 but keeps my Tbred B at 42C under load.
Once you get enough posts to view the classifieds and spend about 2 - 3 weeks in there you'll have everything you'll need between there, home depot and ebay to watercool the whole PC with great temps for cheap.

Aquastealth 1/2" customized kit. Probably the cheapest kit that is worthy of the term watercooling.
