weird graphics problems with p4s8x

good day! all. Well my problem is that when my computer boots up the letters are all scattered about on my screen kind of like the matrix and when i go into my bios there is traks of orange going over the blue background.i have tried all the bios versions reinstalled winxp pro and tried different drivers for my ti4200 is there anything im missing or is it a faulty m/b.by the way i have overclocked it a while ago but not by much as the 2.4 i have on it seems to be enough. any help is appreciated
