CPU Cooler

Can any one recogmend a good CPU air cooler for the spec below bearing in mind the motherboard is Gigabyte with them stupid capacators right next to the CPU holder, i don't want one that sounds like a Turbo prop engine on a plane but with good cooling performance

how much you want to spend? SLK 900A is 19.99 at svc sometimes. if you want a quiet fan you could get a panaflow or an adjustable fan

about mid range, the zalman coolers are a little expensive, possibly something like the Thermaltake silent boost, does anybody know how good they are? Not looked at the termalright b4, not sure to be honest, choices, to many of them. Yes i think i like the idea of the silent boost cooler. I have a volcano 7+ and it is struggling at the spec i have.
