Floppy light always on :(

Hi mates I just put together a rig and everything is working great except for floppy diode which is on all the time
I'm afraid to put something in it

What could it be ?

Any help would be appreciated!

You just plugged in the cable backwards. Flip it around and it will be as good as new.

True, if your looking at ur flopy drive as if it were in the floppy drive bay in ur computer from the front, you want the red line on the floppy cable to be on the right side. Also where the "twist" is on the cable u want that connector in ur motherboard.
