Flags on a PIII 550?

I tried to do a quick search, but came up empty handed. Can anyone tell me which flags are best to run on a P3? I just borged a 550 and want to make sure that it is optimal.

Do they have SSE? If so then use -forceasm too.

The Pentium III processor's only appreciable architectural difference from the Pentium II, aside from faster operating clock, is in fact the addition of SSE, so yes, they do have SSE.

-forceasm is not necessary on Intel CPU's.
