Mach II - MSI K8T - AMD 64 ... Help !!!

Hi, hopefully someone out there can help. I just got a Mach II for my AMD64 with a MSI K8T board but when the computer starts to boot up it shuts down. The display on the Mach II says power down. I think it has to do with reset on the motherboard. Does anyone know of a work around? Haven't heard back from nVENTIV yet.

I am not sure, but I bet the guys in the forums over at xtremesystems.org could answer your question. They're pretty hardcore about the phase change cooling thing.
