Whats the Best 19inch or bigger LCD Period!

Ok,
Im looking for some serious help. Ive read and read and now its down to the wire.
I'm not interested in the cost only the specs and actuall performance. Im thinking about the samsung 192t or the new dell 2001.

I want the 19 inch or bigger LCD that performs the best for gaming. Im not worried about the cost.
So putting aside price, WHAT IS THE BEST GAMING LCD !( INCES OR BIGGER?
I dont mind paying more for performance, Im ganna stare at the screen for hours its worth it.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.

It's about the new Dell 20", which has more screen area than 21" CRT monitors. A few guys have them and say they're pretty awesome.
