Burning in memory?

Burning in memory?


PPL talk about burning in processors.. do ppl "burn" in their memory as well?

Yes and no. On the memory I sell I will burn it in before I sell it. I am pretty sure most companies like Mushkin, OCZ, etc already do this too.

Basically I have a memory tester that will run it through numerous algorithms (sort as if you put it in your PC and did whatever) and will do that for a few minutes to make sure no errors pop up.
