im building an amd athlon 64 system for a friend. What motherboard is the best for this processor? also, what's the best silent heatsink out there for it?

I built a client a A64 system and it was very quick the motherboard I used was a MSI K8T800 It had many features and was completely stable, installed the O/S with built in RAID 0 and ran beautifully.
And a good silent heatsink would be the CNPS7000a-cu it will fit all current platforms and is great for silent stock cooling.
