msi k7n2-delta-L

My friend bought this board. What kinda fsb should he be able to hit?

I'm in the process of overclocking with one now with a xp2600 Barton.
Hopefully I'll be able to get similar results as I did with my Asus A7N8X.

I have the MSI K7N2 Delta-ILSR not -L, but, I can hit 223 with it on air cooling. MSI boards in general are noted as not the greatest overclocking boards. Guess it would all depend on what CPU your using, memory, & what kind of cooling. Anything 230 & up, I would say is not likely to happen with out water cooling or something better then water cooling.
