I bought some tweakmonster rev4 sinks for my Ti4400 and they aren't wide enough. The BGA ones aren't wide enough either. Will it hurt my performance to not have the ram completely covered by the heatsink?
 
Thats strange that do not cover the whole chip, even so if the rev 4's are a bit off, you'll be fine.

Rev4's - .600 width x .875 length x .375 height

BGA's - .600 width x .500 length x .375 height

If your looking for the large commercial ramsink available, I believe these are the largest that I'm aware of:

27x9x27mm

Also Radio Shack sells an oversized ramsink for .59 cents each a bit larger than OCZ's flower ramsink (I believe their catalog price may be wrong, as I've seen them in several stores for .59 cents

They are 25mm x 16mm and they are 16mm in height (just measured one as I have a bunch laying in a draw.
