IRQ numbers not changing.

Ive gotten a few BSOD error messages that say DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and ive found out that that means that 2 devices are sharing the same IRQ number and conflicting. So i go into the Device Manager and viewed everything by type/IRQ and found that my 9600xt was sharing the same irq as my pci wireless card which was causing the bsod and sometimes causing my wireless card to not work. But i went into the bios and changed the PCI slot 4 irq number and it didnt change.
Anyone ever had this problem.
