Is thier a barton overclocking guide?

Best thing to do would be to read the "stickies" on these forums. They give excellent advice as to what to try and what works well. Here are a few:

Note that newer Bartons overclock well but that they are multiplier locked - you can only overclock by raising the FSB (front side bus). You will need good, quality memory to achieve higher FSB speeds.

Use a good aftermarket heatsink such as those made by Thermalright and use high quality thermal paste such as the one made by Artic Silver.
