whew finally figured it out.

Well I am sure you guys have read most of my posts the past week, and problems getting the new rig up and running. Well good news, I finally figured out what the problem was! It was the Abit mainboard after all this time. I purchased a new a7n8x - asus, and put everything back together, and what do you know, works perfect! Looks like Im RMA'ing the board back to Newegg and just have to eat the restocking fee.
