NF7-S no sound

Does everything show up ok in the device manager? Did you install the correct drivers for it?
 
I installed the drivers that came with the cd. I also d/l the drivers from abits site still no sound. everything shows up fine in device manager. but when I click on the nforce icon in the bottom right corner next to the time I get that error that says to send error report to microsoft.
 
ummmmmmmm I got the sound to work. well see what had happen was um see theres 3 little plugs in the back and um well I pluged the speakers into the wrong one. hehe

I also got that error when using the newest drivers. I'm now running an older one and it works fine.

I'm using:

Audio Driver version: 5.10.2920.0
Control Panel version: 1.00.00.0307

U might be having ur control panel working when u install those :D
 
I was just going to mention to check the jumpers on the MB but since you got it working I guess I don't have to :)
