Just recently I have been having problems on my machine with folding and need all of your help to fix whatever seems to be wrong. I have the one click install from Wedo running as a service on Windows XP on a 800Mhz P3. In the registry I have the -service -advmethods -forcesse and -verbosity 9 flags. When I check my FAHlog.txt file I find the following line:

[01:59:52] - Calling 'FahCore_78.exe -dir work/ -suffix 03 -checkpoint 15 -service -forceSSE -verbose -lifeline 1700 -version 400'

I have no idea what this -checkpoint 15 or -lifeline 1700 are and need some explanation of what they are. Also in my log file I am noticing this:

[02:06:52] Completed 950000 out of 1000000 steps (95)
[02:19:28] Writing local files
[02:19:30] Completed 960000 out of 1000000 steps (96)
[02:34:54] Timered checkpoint triggered.
[02:50:09] Timered checkpoint triggered.
[03:05:25] Timered checkpoint triggered.

What on earth is this timered checkpoint and how do I get rid of it since each time its apparently taking the same amount of time, if not more, than to complete a step in folding the protein.

If any of you need any more info just let me know and I can post it here or send it to you via email. This just started happening as of this work unit.
