If you do maybe you can Answer my question
What is SSE and SSE2 in human terms so i can understand them.
 
Good question, being a celeron guy for the most part, I was wondering the same thing.

I did a search on Yahoo and came up with this. Answered some of my questions.
 
Extra multimedia instructions.
think of them as MMX2 (SSE) and MMX3(SSE2)
