Antec True Powe 550w x 80w peltier

Hi friends, i am planing to buy a danger den Gpu block with a 80 w peltier. Should my psu handle this extra power ?
I do have :
P4 2.8 C @ 3.6 ghz
1gb RAM
abit ic7 max 3
Radeon 9800 pro
2 Raptors raid 0
2 Barracudas raid 0
1 soundblaster live
1 pump (12v)

i would say you would be cutting it very close.

Dude a 80w tec sucks 6.66 amps (oh no 666) @ 12v , it would cut it pretty close due to the fact that that psu is only 24a max which is not @ the temp that the psu is runing @ , i would get a external or a pc power and cooling !

i would like very much to buy a Turbocool 510 deluxe , but i cant afford one. I do have a 300w no brand psu. Maybe shorting the 2 pins of the cabe, but how are the safest way to power the pelt ?
