From what I have read you should stay away from Corsair. I have spent about 15 hours researching the memory for my next pc.

As you can see I'm using the same mobo as you and I will not consider any memory besides Kingston. I have read that Corsair often does not work with this particular mobo. I have nothing against OCZ or Corsair. Corsair makes phatty XMS modules and OCZ is the first to break the 2.5 CAS barrier on PC4000. I just simply prefer Kingston for the same reasons I prefer Intel, ATI, and Microsoft; Support, Documentation, Warranty, Service.
Kingston has always had and will always have a lifetime warranty for all of their memory modules. Their modules run a little cooler and often use less power. If you have a problem with a module they will hot-swap with you usually overnight, may pay for your shipment to them and sometimes even offer a free upgrade because of the problem. This is the only pc part company I have ever heard of that will do any of this.
I had a friend who's Kingston PC2100 512mb module stopped working and Kingston overnighted a PC2700 512mb for free. All he had to do was provide a credit card number which was never charged because Kingston received his broken module. How's that for customer service!
My only issue is what Kingston HyperX memory to buy.
PC3200 (Double Sided 2-2-2-6-1) ~ $190 [KHX3200K2/512]
PC3200 (Single Sided 2-3-2-6-1) - ~ $140 [KHX3200AK2/512]
PC3700 (Single Sided 3-4-4-8-1) - ~ $120 [KHX3700K2/512]
PC4000 (Single Sided 3-4-4-8-1) - ~ $150 [KHX4000K2/512]
Has anyone been able to configure these (3700 or 4000) to 2-3-3-6-1 or 2.5-3-3-6-1? Max OC too please!
Hope some of my info you giorgiotrusco!
PS - you should go with 4 x 256mb modules instead of 2 x 512mb modules; just like raid it will run a little faster but it will cost a little more money. And remember with this awesome mobo you will still have have two more slots for another gig or two of RAM.
