fanbus wattage question

Ive done a search havnt found a direct answer to my question, here it is:

I have an Enermax UC-A8FATR4 that I have been using to monitor case temps and 3 of my case fans. I have a 92mm tornado case fan thats not hooked up to it, but I would like to. The fanbus is rated up to 10w and the tornado is 12w or 12.5w.
The question is: If I hook up the tornado the the bus will it run at full speed? Will the wattage differences hurt anything? Am I going to run into any problems?

It's going to get very hot. Do not overload these things.

if i placed a 40mm fan in the bay blowing on the back of the bus would that help?

Just don't do it. It's not worth a fire.
