which PSU should i use for my system?

AMD 2500XP unlocked
radeon 9800 pro
cosair 2x256 3200
thermaltake v7000 xaserv case
80 gb of WD hd
thermaltake volcano 10a heatsink
liteon dvd burner

i am planning to overclock it at least to 3200, so basically i am left with a decision which psu to get? help me out here

forgot to mention whatever psu i am going to get is only limited from what mwave offers, since mwave's warehouse is like 10 min from my place i met as well just pick it up myself and get the stupid computer together already
