The server that it needs to go to may be down. You can try starting the client with the -send all flag but that may not work if the server is still down. Just don't worry, it'll go.

It only went to 95%. Your system may be unstable. If you are OCing, lower it a bit to gain back your stability. Otherwise, you have some work to do to find a faulty part perhaps.

You need the -verbosity 9 flag so we can see what else is going on during that time. There may be something we aren't seeing.
