About UT2004, I was just reading and came across a page that said netspeed of 2600 was 30 fps, then 40fps at another higher setting then higher fps the more you up the netspeed. So at a netspeed of 2600~ I am getting maybe 30fps max? Or an would I have an even lower fps cap? I do still have 26k dialup...and UT2004 has amazing netcode but that low of fps still is a pain.
