I just bought a 2.4A Prescott CPU and now I'm Priming right now. My specs are as follows:

Intel 2.4A Prescott @ 3.15 (18x175) Stock Cooling & Voltage
Asus P4C800-E Deluxe
1GB 2x512 OCZ Platinum LE (2-2-2-5)
2xSeagate ST380013AS ICH5R RAID
Thermaltake 480W PSU
Sapphire Radeon 9600 Pro Ultimate Ed. (w/8 aluminum BGA Ramsinks)

Things are going good. I upped the FSB to 178MHz and set the Vcore to 1.375 because, "Stock" or Auto in BIOS was fluctuating around 1.434 in CPU-Z. My CPU/Case temps are at about 48°C/31°C respectively, so it's not too bad. I know it kinda sucks to not have HT but so far this CPU has proven to be decent. I think all I need is some better cooling and then I can try for more.
