Odd little Explorer problem...

I keep seeing this screen a bit more than I'd like...

For example when I do a yahoo search, and then get the results, if one of them is a dead link, it will go straight to that screen. Easy to get out of, no major problems, but I keep seeing it, and I'd like to find out why. I've run Spybot and Trend virus scan.... all clean. So what could be putting it in there?

try ad-aware, webroot spysweeper and hijackthis. If they all come up as clean, I doubt it, but if they do, then I am sure the users here can come up with something
