Is there a such thing as a cdrom bay to floppy bay converter??

does something exist that converts one of those 5 1/4" cd rom bays to the 3 1/2" floppy bays??? if so anyone know what it's called and where i can get one???

Directron.com carries them. Here is the one with no faceplate (for HDs) and here is the one with a faceplate for Floppy and Zip drives. Though I believe Directron has a minimum $10 order so you'll have to get something else to bring your total up to $10.

Yes, these have been around for a long time. Some drives actually come with them. I'm not sure exacty what they should be called, I always called it a 5.25 to 3.5 inch bay conversion kit.

As far as reputable dealer...all you really have to worry about is whether they will send the product or not. Since its just a couple metal rails and a plastic face plate its pretty hard to break.
