need help to cancel pat in ic7 MB

how can I cancel the pat in abit ic7 MB

hi, i want to cancel pat (performance acceleration technology) but i dont know how. the reason is that i cant overcloking my ram much.
i got giel 3500 ULD Ultra Low Latency ram and i cant overclock him to 440MHZ! so i think that there is a problem. so if some 1 can help me that wil be great

Its in the BIOS. U press a key during the POST screen when ur computer turns on.
