Volt mod didint' work! Whats wrong?

I did the voltmod according to the sticky on my P4 2.4C. But bios voltage options are the same. And the bios readings are the same as well. Btw, i'm using a Soltek mobo in the SOltek 3401M SFF.

Did you try a program while running to check voltages outside of the BIOS from the mobo?

speedfan reads what the bios reads..1.6, which is the max for my mobo.

nm..tried it again and its working..but i don' t like the temps..blah.. thanks guys.
