I have a Mini Super Orb on the 1.2 GHz CPU wich I want to replace. What HSF do u think is da best for this kind of CPU and for future O/C ing?

SK-6 with Delta or Glaciator. If you want the absolute best the Swifttech 462 with the delta focused flow fan is loud, but keeps the cpu increadibly cool.

My eye caught the ThermoEngine V60-4210 HSF with delta 38 fan, what do u think of it?
