I am building a new system, I have purchased a A64 3200 and plan on buying a Thermalright SLK 948U heatsink, I would like to know what is the best fan out there to cool off my CPU and what size fan I should purchase.
 
The SLK-948 was designed to use the 92mm Delta..A quieter alternative is the Delta 92mm HHE version, seen in the link below..:)

I got my a64 in and the chip die is bigger then the heatsink area on the thermalright 948u. Is that right?

jamminj606, The center of the chip is where most of the heat is at..It should be OK..:D
I haven't heard any complaints yet, concerning that..
