If I had a choice between 11.5x200 or 10.5x219, which would be the better choice, and why? Does it have something to do with working with the memory more efficiently or something?

assuming you are running your memory at a 1:1 ratio, 10.5x220 would be better because you get more memory bandwidth, your cpu wouldnt be any faster for it but the computer as a whole would be

Correct, sir.

Increasing front side bus frequency when memory is in synchronous operation both raises internal CPU frequency and RAM frequency, resulting in a higher maximum theoretical bandwidth.
Sweet, thanks for the info guys! :D
