will these avermedia capture cards work with AMDs just fine? (product says intelPIII)

I need to build a system for a video surveillence box and the capture card minimum requirments say:
CPU: Pentium® III 800 mhz or above
RAM: 128MB (recommend 256MB)
Motherboard: Intel®815/845 chipset

Does anyone know if it will also work with AMD's XP processor line?

Nearelly everything says an Intel chip on the requirements... I have seen few things say "Or AMD". But yes it should work fine as long as your AMD is fast enough (like the 800mhz it said).
