Ok, so now I'm hearing from guys at work that there may be an Ultra version of the GeForce 6600 series. They are claiming that this card will be the version that comes with 256MB of video ram and sports faster clock speeds to the core and memory.
They say the card will run at 550MHz Core and 1100MHz memory using 128-bit Samsung 1.8ns memory. Is this too good to be true or is there potential for this card? There is two guys at work who are waiting for this card to show its face in the market.
Oh and a $275US ($399 Canadian) price tag to go along with it.
