Buying 2600+M From ExcaliberPC 45W or 35W?

Well i was just wondering which cpu overclocks better 35 or 45 i was thinking
on getting the 45W for 110. I know this is off topic but can someone suggest a cooler that is actually pretty good but silent? :[ I have a Thermaltake
Volcano 12 and its a loud beast im thinking of a SP-94 With a low DB fan. Any
suggestions will be helpful. Also i remember that the voltages are wrong with the M's like 1.45 is like 1.55 or something can someone clear that up for me?

go with the 45w, it oc better.

SP-94 is a good choice with a 92mm silent fan.

the xp-m runs at 1.45v default.

sp-94 is for the pentium..... sp-97 is for amd or you could get an slk900a for 19.95 from svc.com

just checked svc.com, slk900a no longer on sale. you might have to wait a bit for the promo to come back.

Ok ill go with the sp97 the n and maybe a vantec stealth or a panaflow i dont want silent silent but just low i cant take it anymore :[
