Mobile 2500+ Problems

I just put in a new Mobile 2500+ and my computer will not boot now.
The mobo turns on and everything, but I get no picture on my monitor. I've tried 2 different monitors and video cards, and still no picture. I did the L12 mod with wire. I did drop a piece of wire that I haven't been able to find, but made sure to blow out my case with air before turning it on. Any ideas on what else I can try?

It might be the wire. Also I assume you have tried resetting the CMOS, but in case you havn't, do that.

The wire has been accounted for and removed

Problem solved, I redid my L12 pin mod and my comp booted.
