during xp install i get blue screen of death

i just put together my new system athlon64 2800 on an msi k8n neo platinum m\b using a 40 gig maxtor 7200 rpm and an lg dvd burner 4040b ddr 400 corsair valueselect ram with a matrox g450 agp 2.0 card. i have my bios set to failsafe and boot from cd into the winxp setup and get all the way to having 34 minits left then i get the blue screen of death with the technical information saying the stop error is 0x0000007e,0xc0000005,0xf891450,0xf8981150 can someone help me out many thank in advance

I google the first two segments of the error and its a stop error code. There are a few articles in the microsoft knowledge base about stop errors. Looks like most of them relate to hardware incompatibility.

Have you tried the install more than once?

Having the same problem. Always when there are 34 minutes left I get a BSOD when installing XP. Did you find a solution to this problem?
