When will the 6600gt agp version be released?

I think there slowly forcing people to go pci-e and wont be releasing an AGP version

I don't think that's true, the only motherboards with PCIe technology is intel, anyone, that means anyone who has an AMD board or plans to have one wouldn't be able to use the newest cards.
