Yes, you can put those on video card BGA memory.

Looks like they would fit the mosfets or any other small chip that gets hot best but the mosfest and video card memory would be your best choice.

True, but they do look nice. I use them all over the place on my MB. I ordered a bunch of them and played Battleship a few months back on my MB. If I could sink it. I sank it.
