cli.exe application failed to initialize

ok i just installed another stick of ram and round ide cables and a WD 160 gig sata hard drive. when i start my computer i get this message popping up anyone know what it means. i dont know if ti has anythign to do with the new hard drive. it is a new install of xp pro and i dont know what could be wrong already

i believe this is the ATI control center, more than likely you need to install the microsoft .net framework to get it to work properly

i just realized that it was the ati thing. thanks a lot ill go download that and get this going lol i got all my drivers and everything is running good
